DFW Airport; Dallas, Texas – Morning Associates provides engineering, technical, and clerical staff assistance in the management and design of the airport’s $2.5 billion Capital Development Program, which includes the construction of a new Terminal D, Automated People Mover and Central Utility Plant Upgrade.

Design for the addition of infra-red combustible gas detection and alarm systems at DART’s Main and Elm Street Bus Maintenance facilities and replacement of a point gas detection system with an open path detection system at DART’s Northwest Bus Transfer Facility.

Duncanville, Texas – Project Design for the construction of the HVAC and plumbing systems for a 6,000 square foot multipurpose recreation facility.
Cantrell Restaurant and Sports Bar
Duncanville, Texas – Project Design for the HVAC and plumbing systems for a new 25,000 square foot, two story sports bar and restaurant. Design incorporated single zone, split system DX air conditioning systems and gas heat for the down stairs restaurant and sports bar and thru the wall ac heat pumps for the upstairs hotel rooms.
