Morning Associates offers a wide range of engineering design, study, and project-management services. We are centrally located in the Mid-Cities within 45 minutes of any potential project site in the Houston/Harris County metropolitan area.

More than 40 years experience in design and project / program management of numerous commercial, municipal and federal governmental projects, as well as numerous industrial projects.
Excellent leadership, planning, budgeting, negotiating, marketing, team-building, and analytic skills. Extensive project management experience in a very broad range of projects in both public and private sectors with an emphasis on energy conservation. Extensive experience with energy modeling using Trane’s Trace 600 and 700, and Carrier’s HAP energy load analysis software.
